Littlest Things that get you banned from the U.S...or not

In another 'whats the deal?' post I'm really not sure about (even though it has really nothing to do with me in any remote sense as I don't live in the U.S) is the reports and backtracks surrounding the Lily Allen U.S airport saga (perhaps saga is a bit strong, maybe two part episode would be better) after all you would think that she either has a visa or not, apparently she said she doesn't and her manager is saying she does, who knows?
